The Founders
Nathan is the Head of Business at MinuteSkill. He is a venture analyst & young entrepreneur & passionate about building startups from concept to market. He completed his BSc at York University and his Master’s of Engineering Innovation & Entrepreneurship at X University (formerly Ryerson).
Camilla is the Head of Product at MinuteSkill. She’s a geomatics engineer and spent 5+ years learning how to build innovative products from the ground up. She’s built software for GNSS data collection, positioning accuracy tools, Earth visualizations and indoor navigation software with an emphasis on accessibility. Camilla then went on to complete her Master’s of Engineering Innovation & Entrepreneurship to accelerate her knowledge on the business side of engineering.
Tanika is the Head of Operations at MinuteSkill. With a BA in Criminology & Political Science and a Master’s in Socio-Legal Studies, both from York University, Tanika is an impact-driven entrepreneur. She’s been a Teaching Assistant at York and has educated non-profits across the GTA on critical equity & program evaluations. Tanika has a love for learning and has a goal of making learning more accessible for early-stage entrepreneurs with MinuteSkill.

Learning is critical to entrepreneurs, yet when they go to learn online, the learning journey is demotivating, fragmented and lengthy.
The Solution
MinuteSkill combines the experience of social media with the reliability & structure of traditional e-learning to deliver an immersive & engaging, yet distraction-free, experience for our learners. We focus on matching entrepreneurs with bite-sized action-based content at the point-of-need so they can build their businesses with speed & confidence.
MinuteSkill is TikTok for continuous, structured learning for entrepreneurs.
What’s Next for MinuteSkill?
We’re currently working towards Antler’s Demo Day and raising our next round of financing. We are currently partnering with high quality entrepreneurial creators/speakers to provide accessible & bite-sized learning for entrepreneurs.
